New Delhi , the 27th September 1967
8.0. 3484. In pursuance of clause 2 ( c ) of the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licensing and Control ) Order , 1957 , the Central Government hereby appoints also the Officer on Special Duty , Office of the Regional Director ( Food ) , Eastern Region, Calcutta , to exercise the powerpowers and perform the duties of a licensing authority under the said Order and makes the following amendment to the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food ) No. S.R.O. 2989 , dated the 13th September , 1957 ( published on 21st September , 1957 ) , namely:-
In the Schedule to the said Order , below the words and brackets "The Regional Director ( Food ) , Western Region , Bombay " , the following words and brackets shall be inserted , namely:-
"The Officer on Special Duty , Office of the Regional Director ( Food ) , Eastern Region , Calcutta . "
