NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th September 1967
G.S.R. 1479.-In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby specifles the Order mentioned in the Schedule under section 3 of the said Act to be special Order for purposes of summary trial under the said section 12A .
