CENTRAL EXCISES
New Delhi , the 28th September 1967
G.S.R. 1480.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , read with sub - section ( 3 ) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise ( Goods of Special Importance ) Act , 1957 (58 of 1957 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Depart- ment of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 204/66 -Central Excises dated the 31st December , 1966 , namely:-
In the Schedule to said Notification , in Item IV relating to " Areas other than those specifled in Items I , II and III , " after entry ( 8 ) the follow- ing entry shall be inserted , namely:-
" ( 9 ) Women's Co - ordination Council , West Bengal , 8 Government Place North , Calcutta - 1 . "
