NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th September 1967
S.O. 3486. In pursuance of the provisions contained in sub - section ( 1 ) of sec tion 13AA of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 , the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendments in its notification No. 508 / UP / 67 , dated the 11th January , 1967 , namely,-
In the Table-
(1 ) for the entry in column 2 , against the item " 9. Banda " , the entry " Shri Officer Sub -Divisional Magistrate E. Lawrence , Sub - Divisional Banda" shall be substituted ;
( ii) for the entry in column 2, against the item " 11. Basti " , the entry " Shri Jagdish Singh , Sub - Divisional Officer /Sub - Divisional Magistrate, Harraiya" shall be substituted;
( iii ) for the entry in column 2, against the item " 29. Jalaun " , the entry "Shri B. D. Tripathi , Deputy Collector , Jalaun " shall be substituted;
( iv) for the entry in column 2, against the item "49. Sultanpur " , the entry "Shri B. D. Ram , Additional SubSub - Divisional Officer , Amethi , " shall be substituted ;
(v ) for the entry in column 2, against the item "53. Chamoli " , the entry "Shri Pratap Singh , Deputy Collector , Chamoli " shall be substituted
