NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 28th September 1967
S.O. 3487. Whereas a vacancy has occurred in the office of the presiding officer of the Additional Labour Court , Dhanbad , constituted by the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O 1607 , dated the 22nd May , 1965 ;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of section & of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Kamla Sahai as the presiding officer of the said Labour Court .

S.O. 3488.- Whereas a vacancy has occured in the office of the presiding officer of the Industrial Tribunal , Dhanbad , constituted by the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour and Employment No. SO. 103 , dated the 11th January , 1960 ;
Now , therefore , in pursuance of the provisions of section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Kamla Sahai as the presiding officer of the said Industrial Tribunal
