PUBLIC NOTICE
IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 29th September 1967
SUBJECT : -Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the year April 1967 - March 1968-Revised procedure for submission of export documents . No. 137 - ITC ( PN ) /67 .-Attention is invited to Public Notice No. 114 - ITC ( PN ) / 67 , dated 8th September , 1967 , regarding revised procedure for submission of export documents for the purpose of claiming replenishment licences under the import Policy for Registered Exporters . In para 5 of this Public Notice , it was stated that as a result of the introduction of the revised procedure , there would be no need for the applicants to enclose with their applications the various export documents indicated in para 2 of the said Public Notice .
2. On a further review of the matter , it has been decided that for claiming rep'enishment licences against exports effected on or after 1st October , 1967 , the applicants should forward along with the applications the copies of the relevant Shipping Bills duly authenticated by the Customs . They will not , however , be required to enclose copies of the Bills of Lading or of the invoices , the latter having been already furnished to the Licensing Authorities along with the certi- ficate to be issued by the bank.
