G.S.R. 1506 Ess.oom./Sugarcane.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture. Community Development and Cooperation (Depart- ment of Food) No. G.S.R. 1477/Ess.Com./Sugarcane, dated the 25th September, 1967, namely:—

G.S.R. 1507/Ess.Cora./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 3 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1936, read with clause 17(2) of that Order, the Central Government hereby makes the fo'l wing further amendment to the Order of the Government o! India, in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Dtpart- ment of Food), No- G.S.R 718/Ess.Com./Sugar daied 20th May 1961, namely:—
In the said Order, for sub-clause (lv) to clause (c), the following sub-clause shall be substituted, namely:—
"(lv) the year in which the su?ar is oacked, the year being the period beginning on the l?t riav of October and ending on the 30th day of September next following.".
