G.S.R. 1508.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food), No. G.S.R. 1111, dated the 24th July, 1967, namely:—
In the said Order, for condition (2), the following condition shall be substituted, namely:—
5Q6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC, 3(i)]G.SJl. 1509.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Control of Distribution of Foodgrains Order, 1967, namely:—
In the said Order, after sub-clause (a) of clause 3, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:—
"Provided that no such order shall regulate In any manner whatsoever thu transport, distribution or disposal of foodgrains to places outside the State*'.
