S.O. 3593.-In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby specifßes the Orders mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the Schedule , hereto annexed , made by the State Government men- tioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) thereof , under section 3 of the said Act , to be special orders for purposes of summary trial under the said section 12A .
