S.O. 3683. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modi- fication of the Notified Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Inuustry S.O. 2245 dated the 15th September , 1961 , and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Com- merec 80. 1851 , daled the 20th June 1966 , the Central Government hereby authorises withith imunediate effect Shri B. G. Damani to take over the manag ment of the whole of the Rai Saheb Tekchand Gopaldas Mohta Spinning and Weaving Mills Private Ltd. , Akola , vice Shri C. D. Bhabha .
