NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th October 1967
S.O. 3682 / 15/ IDRA / 67.- Whcreas the Industrial Undertaking , known as M/ s . Kamlapat Motilal Bhatni ( Sugar Mills ) Branch , Bhatni , District Deoria , has issued a closure notice and in the opinion of the Central Government , the said undertaking is not likely to continue to function thereby resulting in loss of production of an essential commodity vis . Sugar for which , having regard to the conditions prevailing in the country , there is no justification;
And whereas the Central Government is further of opinion that the said industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to the scheduled industry and to public interest ;
Now, therefore, in cxcrcise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints , for the purpose of making a fresh and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case , a body of persons consisting of the following persons , namely : -
(1) Shri P. P. Dhir ,
Chief Cost Accounts Officer , Ministry of Food , Agriculture , Community Development and Co-operation , Department of Food , New Delhi- Convener .
( 2) Shri N. S. Jain , Director ( Sugar Technical ) , Directorate of Sugar & Vanaspati (Department of Food ) , New Delhi- Member .
