CENTRAL EXCISES

New Delhi, the 9th October 1967

G.S.R- 1541-—In pursuance of rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944. readwith sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Mineral Products (Additional Duties of Excise and Customs) Act, 1958 (27 of 1958). the Central Government, hereby directs that in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 70/58-Central Excises dated the 30th June, 1958, the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 197/62-Central Excises dated the 17th November, 1962, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the grant of rebate of additional excise duties under the said Act.
