NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th October 1967
G.S.R. 1545. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) read with clause ( d ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) and rule 3 ( 4 ) of the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , the Central Govern- ment hereby reappoints Shri N. P. Sen to be the Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India , established under the said Act , with effect from the 17th October , 1967 , and directs that the existing entry ( 5 ) relating to the appointment of Managing Director in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofFood and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) G.S.R. 37 , dated the 2nd January, 1965, shall continue to be in force .
