SUBJECT.—Import Policy for Registered Exporters for the year April 1967—March 1968.
No. 151-ITC(PN)/67.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporters con ained in Part "B" of Section III of the Import Trade Control Policy Book (Red Book) for the year April 1967—March 1968, issued under the Ministry of Commerce Pubic Notice No. 32-ITC(PN)/67, dated May 1, 1967 as amended from time to time.
2. The following amendments May be made at thes appropriate places as indicated below :—

"Licence may be issued in the name of the registered exporter or his nominee subject to the actual user condition. The registered exporter or his nominee, as the case may be, should be certified by the Director of Fisheries/Industries to be an actual catcher of Fish".
