NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi , the 24th October 1967
SO. 3877. Whereas , a vacancy has occurred in the office of the Presiding Officer of the Industrial Tribunal at Bombay , constituted by the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour and EmploymentEmployment No. S.O. 172. dated the 16th January , 1960 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. T. Zambre , as the Presiding Officer of the Industrial Tribunal constituted as aforesaid .

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Indus- trial Disputes Act, 1947 ( 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. T. Zambre as the Presiding Officer of the Labour Court constituted as aforesaid.
