8.O. 3880. In the notification of Central Board of Direct Taxes No. S.O. 3218 , dated the 6th September , 1967 , published on pages 1491 to 1496 in Part II- Section 3 Sub - section ( ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary , dated the 7th September , 1967,-
(1) on page 1491 , in line 10 , insert "," after ' inserted' ;
(2) on page 1492 , in line 21 , insert " ," after " October 15th ' ;
(3) on page 1493 ,
(1 ) in line 8, for " 191 ( 1 ) " read " 197 (1 ) " ,
(11) in line 32 , omit the words "to deduct income - tax at the rate of ..... at the second place where they occur ;
(4) on page 1494, in line 6, for " heal " read " head" .
