NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd November 1967
S.O. 3962. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby recognises M / s . M. N. Dastur and Co.. Private Ltd. , Consulting Engineers , P -17 , Mission Row Extension , Calcutta - 13 , as the agency for the inspection of cast iron soil pipes and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce , No. S.O. 2425 , dated , the 2nd August , 1905 , namely : -
In the said notification , after serial No. ( xii ) and the entry relating thereto , the following shall be inserted , namely: -
" (xili ) M / s . M. N. Dastur and Co. , Private Ltd. , Consulting Engineers , P - 17 , Mission Row Extension , Calcutta - 13 . " .
