New Delhi , the 3rd November 1967
S.O. 3963.- In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) and ( 2 ) of Section 13A of the Representation of the People Act , 1950 , the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in its Notification No. 508 /AS / 66, dated the 1st January , 1967 , namely : -
In column 2 of the Table appended thereto , against serial No. 1 , Mizo District , for the existing entry " ( b ) Additional Deputy Commissioner , Lungleh " the entry " ( b ) Sub - Divisional Officer , Lungleh " shall be substituted .
