ORDER
New Delhi , the 6th November 1967
G.S.R. 1677 -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1960 ,-
1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement ( Levy) Second Amendment Order , 1967 .
2. In the Madhya Pradesh Rice Procurement ( Levy ) Order , 1960 , - ( 1) for sub -clause ( 2 ) of clause 1 , the following sub -clause shall be sub- stituted , namely: ---
"( 2 ) It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh " .;
(ii ) in clause 3 , in sub - clauses ( 1 ) ( b ) , ( 2 ) ( b ) and ( 2A ) for the expression " 100 % or 100 per cent " , wherever they occur , the expression " 60 per cent" shall be substituted .
