NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th November 1967
S.C. 3966. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection ) Act , 1963 ( 22 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby recognises M / s . M. N. Dastur and Co. , Private Ltd. , Consulting Engineers , P-17 , Mission Row Extension , Calcutta -13 , as the agency for the inspection of light engineering products specified in Schedule II annexed to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce , No. S.O. 3030 , dated the 20th September , 1965 and makes the following amendments in the aforesaid notification , namely: -
In the said notification , in Schedule I , after serial No. 14 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted , namely:-
" 15 M / s . M. N. Dastur & Co. , Private Ltd. , Consulting Engineers , P - 17 , Mission Row Extension , Calcutta -13 " .
