EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 8th November 1967
S.O. 4049.In exercise of the powers conferred by Section of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following a vendment to the Expats ( Control) Order , 1962 namely : - In Part B of Schedule I to the said Order for the existing entry against item No. 20 , the following shall be subsiduted:--
"Arms , ammunition and military stores , other than sharp - edged weapons , viz . , Kukries , Kirpans , Kris , Hunting Knives , Swords etc .. " .
