EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT .- Export of Tent cloth .
No. 15 - ETC ( PN ) /67.-Attention is invited to Exports ( Control ) Order No. E ( C ) O , 1962 /AM ( 160 ) , dated the 10th November , 1967 , under which export of tent cloth has been brought under control . Accordingly , the applications for grant of export licences for the export of this item will be considered on merits .
2. It has also been decided that the export of tent cloth to Nepal will also be regulated with immediate effect , in accordance with the provisions of the Exports ( Control ) Order 1962 .
