G.S.R. 1737.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 191 -A of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Board of Excise and Cus- toms hereby declares " cotton gauze net " as an article to which the procedure laid down in that rule shall apply .
