S.O. 4136.-In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the constituency referred to therein is published for general information : --
DECLARATION
House of the People-Election to fill casual vacancy-2 Madras South Parliamentary Constituency .
"In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that Thiru Murasoli Maran , 7 - A , Gopalpuram 4th Street , Madras 6 , has been duly elected by the Madras South Parliamentary Constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the seat of Thiru C. N. Annadural , M.A. , having become vacant .
