S.O. 4139.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section18 - A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modification of the notifled Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 143 , dated the 9th January , 1967 , and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce S.O. No. 2776 dated the 9th August , 1967 , the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate eflect Shri S. N. Shukla to take over the management of the whole of the Maha- laxmi Mills Company Limited , Beawar , vice Shri Gulab Chand Mandhana .
