ORDER
New Delhi , the 15th November 1967
S.O. 4138.- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O. 1241 , dated the 16th May , 1960 , read with the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 1345 , dated the 20th April , 1965 , No. S.O. 1722 , dated the 15th May , 1967 , and NoNo. S.O. 2859 , dated the 14th August , 1967 , the management of the industrial undertaking known as Mewar Textile Mills Ltd. , Bhilwara , had been taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the Order first mentioned above , for a period upto and inclusive of the 15th November , 1967 ;
And, whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised Controller should continue for a further period upto and Inclusive of the 31st December , 1967;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- lection ( 2) of section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the Order first mentioned above shall continue ta have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of list December , 1967 .
