Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955). the Central Government here- by rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 153/Ess- Com./Sugar, dated the 1st February, 1967, with effect from the 23rd November. 1967.

Com./ Sujtar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 'A ui the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), read with clause 6 of the Suy.ir (Conirol) Order- U)fi(i. the Central Government hereby makes the followinc amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food) No G-S.R fil4/Ess. Com./Sugnr, dated the Hlth June. 1966, namely:—
In the said Order for item (i> of the proviso, the following Item shall be subs- tituted, namely:—
"(i) from a vacuum pan sugar factory in pursuance of any direction Issued under clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Essential Com- modities Aft, 1055 or under clause 5 of the Sugar (Control) Order, l.'iGfi; or"
