New Delhi , the 29th November 1967
G.S.R. 1772.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Rice Milling Industry ( Regulation ) Act , 1958 ( 21 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rice Milling Industry (Regulation and Licensing ) Rules , 1959 , the same having been previously pub- lished as required by sub - section ( 1 ) of the said section , namely :-
1. These ru'es may be called the Rice Milling Industry ( Regulation and Licensing ) Fourth Amendment Rules , 1967 .
2. In the Rice Milling Industry ( Regulation and Licensing ) Rules , 1959 , in rule 7 in sub rule ( 1 ) . for the figure and words " 4 per cent " , the figure and words "5 per cent " shall be substituted ,
