New Delhi , the 30th November 1967
S.O. 4198. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely:-
In Part 'A' of Schedule I to the said Order , after item No. 34 , the following Item shall be added: -
"35 -Naphthalene ( both in crude & refined form ) ".
