G.S.R- 1775.—In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Art.. 1955 (10 of 195A5). the Central Government hereby makes the folio-wing further amendment to t he Notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food a nd Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 1842, dated the 24th Decem- ber. 1964, namely:—-
In the said Order, in Schedule II, after serial number 85AA. and the entry relating thereto, t he following serial n u m b er and the entry shall be inserted, namely : —

G-5-K- 1776 —In exercise uL the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 U0 of 1955j, the Centrnl Government hereby makes the 'following Order further to amend the Rul t.r Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Order, 3965, namely: —
1. This Order may bo called the Kolicr Mills Wheat Products (Price Control) Amendment Order, 19R7
.2. In the Roller Mills Wheat Products fPrice Control; Order, 1965, in sub- clause (2) of c'ause 3, in item fiii), for the expressions "and 10 kg. net'' and "and IB Paise", the expressions "10 kg. net and 5 kg. net3' and "19 Paise ;md 10 Paise" shall respectively be substituted.
