EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 2nd December 1967
S.O. 4200 -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( CControl ) Order , 1962 , narnely :-
In Part ' A' of Schedule I to the said Order , for the existing entries against item No. 25 the following shall be substituted :-
" ( a ) Frog Legs processed during the period 15th June to 15th August ;
(b) Frog Legs of counts smaller than 80 per Kg . "
