EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 4201 -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely : -
(1 ) In Part B ' of Schedule I to the said Order , the existing entry against item No. 47 shall be omitted .
