S.O. 4361.In pursuance of clause ( i ) of the proviso to sub - section ( 2 ) of section 380ZB and of clause ( i ) of the proviso to sub - section ( 5 ) of section 280ZD of the income-tax Act , 1961 ( 4:3 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby notifles the National Industrial Development Corporation, New Delhi as a financial institution for the purposes of the said clauses .
