IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 11th December 1967
S.O. 4447 .-- In exercise of the powerspowers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , namely: - 1. This order may be called the Imports ( Control ) Eighth Amendment Order , 1967 .
2. In the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , in sub - clause (j ) of Clause 6 , for the word and figure " clause 8 " , the words , figures and letters " clause 8 , or clause 8A or clause 8B " shall be substituted .
