New Delhi , the 12th December 1967
1966.SR. 1885 / Fss.Com /Sugar G.S.R. 1885 / Ess.Com ./ Sugar . In pursuance of clause 5 of the Sugar ( Control) Order , entral Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Co- operation ( Department of Food) No. G.S.R, 919 , dated the 10th June, 1966 , namely:--
In the said Order , the following proviso shall be added at the end , namely :
"Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to the sale or purchase by H recognised dealer of sugar released for free sale." .
