New Delhi, the 12th December 1967
S.O. 4449.—In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Export of Hewing Machines (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules. 1967, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table below, as the panel of experts for the purpose of hearing appeals under the said rules against the decision of the Export Inspection Agency mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (1) thereof:—
Provided that where a member of any of the said panels is personally interested in the subject matter of any appeal, he shall not part in the proceedings relating to that appeal.
