5.0. 4450. -In pursuance of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Export of Automobile pares, Components and Ancillaries ( Quality Control and Inspection ) Rules , 1967, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column ( 2 ) of the Table diven below as the panel of experts for the purpose of hearing appeals under the said rules against the decision of the Export Inspection Agency mentioned in the correspond- IDs entry in column ( 1 ) thereof:-
Interested Provided that where a member of any of the said panels is personally interested in he subject matter of any appeal , he shall not take part in the proceeding relating to that appeal .
