New Delhi , the 12th December , 1967
S.O. 4451. In pursuance of sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Export of Small Tools and Hand Tools ( Quality Control and Inspection) Rules , 1967, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column ( 2 ) of the Table given below as the panel of experts for the purpose of hearing appeals under the said rules against the decision of the Export Inspection Agency mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 1 ) thereof:
Provided that where a member of any of the said panels is personally interested in the subject matter of any appeal , he shall not take part in the proccedings relating to that appeal:
