SUBJECT : U.S. AID programme - Chartering of Ocean Vessis and embargo on certain vessels for transport of AID financed goods .
No. 194 - ITC ( PN ) / 67 . It has been decided to make the following additions/ deletions in the list of vessels declared as ineligible to carry AID - financed goods attached to the Ministry of Commerce , Public Notice No. 118 - ITC ( PN ) / 66 dated 18th August- 1966 as amended by Public Notice No. 115 - ITC ( PN ) / 67 dated 8th September 1967 :-

SUBJECT : Import of dyes intermediates ( S. No. 1 - B / III ) during the period Apri . 1967-March 1968 .
No. 195 - ITC ( PN ) /67.-Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 91 - ITC ( PN ) / 67 dated 23rd August 1967 , according to which no licences will be granted for import of the items mentioned in the Annexure thereto to any category of importers and that the extension , if allowed , in the period of validity of the licences already granted prior to the issue of said Public Notice , will not be applicable to the import of these items .
2. On a review of the position , it has been decided that the import of the items of dyes intermediates included in the Annexure to this Public Notice may con- tinue to be permitted in consultation with the Directorate General of Technical Development in terms of the policy indicated in Appendix 40 to the Import Trade Control Policy ( Red Book ) for April 1967-March 1968 as well as against the licences granted prior to the issue of Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 91- ITC ( PN ) / 67 dated 23rd August 1967 which have been revalidated . The items included in the Annexure to this Public Notice may accordingly be deemed to have been deleted from the Annexure to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 91 - ITC ( PN ) /67 dated 23rd August 1967 .
3. It has also been decided that if any of the items of dyes intermediates included in the Annexure to this Public Notice disallowed by the licensing autho- rities against the licences revalidated after 23rd August 1967 on the basis of the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 91 - ITC ( PN ) / 67 dated 23rd August 1967 , may be deemed to have been restored and their import will be allowed on the strength of this Public Notice ,
