ORDER
New Delhi , the 26th December 1967
G.S.R. 1934.--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Com- modities Act, 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Delhi Roller Mills Wheat Products (Ex - mill and Retail ) Price Control Order , 1965 , namely :-
( 1 ) This Order may be called the Delbi Roller Mills Wheat Products ( Ex - mill and Retail) Price Control ( Second Amendment ) Order , 1967 .
( 2 ) It shall come into force on the third day of January , 1968 .
