New Delhi, the 28th December, 1967
S. O. 4662.— Whereas the Central Government is of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the employers in relation to the managements of the Iron Ore Mines speci- fied in Schedule I and their workmen in respect of the matters specified in Schedule II here- to annexed;
And whereas the Central Government considers it desirable to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government here- by refers the said dispute for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal, Jabalpur, constituted under section 7A of the said Act.

S. O. 4663.—Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour, Hmployment arid Rehabilitation (Department of Labour and Employment) No. 37/22/67- LRI, dated the 28th December, 1967, an industrial dispute between the employers in relation to the managements of. the Iron Ore Mines and thcii workmen has been referred to the Industrial Tribunal, Jabalpur, for adjudication.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of tho section 10 of tho Industrial Disputes Act. 1947 (14 oi! 1947), the Central Government hereby pro- hibits the continuance of the strike in existence in the said Iron Ore Mines in connection with (he said dispute.
