ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th December 1967
S.O. 4665 / 15 / IDRA / 67 .-- Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that there has been , or is likely to be , a substantial fall in the volume of pro- duction in respect of cotton textiles manufactured in the industrial undertaking known as the Indore Malwa United Mills , Ltd. , Indore , Madhya Pradesh , for which, having regard to the economic conditions prevailing , there is no jurisdic- tion;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Indus- tries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints , for the purpose of making full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case , a hody of persons consisting of :
man . 1. Shri S. D. Mehta , General Manager , Kohinoor Mills Ltd. , Bombay- Chair-
2. Shri T. S. V. Panduranga Sarma , Accounts Officer , Omce of the Regional Director , Company Law Board , Bombay-Member .
3. Dr. U. Bhattacharya , Director , Office of the Textile Commissioner , Bombay - Member- Secretary .
