G.S.R. 1935 .--- In exercise of the powersers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public imerest so to do . hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 88 - Customs , dated the 7th July , 1962 , namely :-
In the said notification , for the figures , letters and word " 31st December . 1967 " , the figures , letters and word " 31st December , 1968 " shall be substituted ,

No. 5 / 99 / 67 -Cus.I . ] G.S.R. 1936.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act 1962 ( 5 ) of 1962 ) . the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, herchy makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue ) No. 11 - Customs . dated the 1st January , 1966 , namely- -
In the said notification for the figures , letters and word " 31st December , 1967 " , the figures , letters and word " 31st December , 1968 " shall be substituted .
