ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th December 1967
$ .0 . 1. Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in thte late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S. O. 1241 , dated the 16th May , 1960 , read with the Orders the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce Nos . S. O. 1345 , dated the Soth April, 1965 , S. O. 1722 , dated the 15th May , 1967. S. O. 2859. dated the 14th August . 1967 and S. O. 4138 , dated the 15th November , 1967 , made under section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Mewar Textile Mills Ltd. , Bhilwara , had been Leten over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the order first mentioned above;
And whereas it appears to the Central Government that the purpose of the order made under the said section 18A has been fulfilled:
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferiedby section 18F of the said Act , the Central Government hereby cancels , the above said Order .
This Order shall come into force on and from the 1st January , 1968 .
