I] SUDJHCT: --Import Poll< y for Registered Exporters for the year April 1967—March 1968.No. 4-ITC(PN>/68.—Attention is invited to the Import Policy for Registered Exporieis contained in Part 'B' of Section III of the Import Trade Control Policy (Red Book) for the year April 1967—March 1968, issued under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No,'32-TTC(PN)/67, dated 1st May. 1967, as amended from time to time.
2. In terms of Public Notice No 173-1TC(PN) '67, dated the 30th November, 1967, a provision was made for the import of plant and machinery required for replacement, balancing or modernisation lor an amount Dot exceeding 50 per cent, of the value of the licence or Rs. 25,000/-, whichever h less. To enable consideration of roquets for such machinery items, the registered manufacturer exporters are advised to glvp their particular* in the enclosed proferma ulongwith their applications to the concerned licensing authorities.
