S.O. 96,—In exercise of the powers con furred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act .1955 (10 of 1955) the Central Government hereby direct that the powers conferred on it to make orders under clauses (c), (d) and (f) of sub- section (2) of section 3 of the said Art shall, in relation to prices, stocks and movements of cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the schedule hereto annexed, be exercisable in the following districts of the State of Rajasthan also by the Collectors of the respective districts, namely: —
