S.O. 103. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of section 1 of the Cotton Textile Companies ( Management of Undertakings and Liquidation or Re- construction ) Act , 1967 ( 29 of 1967 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 8th day of January , 1968 , as the 'date on which the said Act shall come into force .
