MEDICINAL AND TOILET
New Delhi , the 12th January 1968
G.S.R. 95. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Medicinal and Toilet Preparations (Excise Duties ) Act , 1955 , ( 16 of 1955 ) read with the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Home Affairs , No. GSR 1534 dated 30th September , 1967 , the Central Government hereby directs that the Medicinal and Toilet Preparations (Excise Duties ) Rules , 1956, as in force in the territories to which they apply immediately before the 1st day of January , 1968 , shall extend to and come into force in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli .
