SO. 221.10 cxercise of the powers conferred by sub - clause (1 ) of clause 4 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947 , as continued in force by sub - section ( 2) of section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. S.O. 3376 dated the 30th October , 1962 , namely :
In the said Order , clause ( 3 - A ) shall be omitted.
