NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January 1968
G.S.R. 147 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2), read with clause (e) of sub-section (1), of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 (37 of 1964), and sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Food Corporations Rules, 1965. the Central Government hereby appoints Professor M. L, Dantwala, Shri S. R. Kaiwar, Shri B. K. Shah, Shri D. N. Sinha and Shri Gurbanta Singh, as direc- tors in the board of directors of the Food Corporation of India established under the said Act and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food and Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 37 dated the 2nd January, 1965, namely: —
